Welcome to “Monster MashUp” a black light body painting dance party where you get to try out your halloween costume early! Leave some room for face or body paint of course ;) 

Kick off October with a spooky booty bumping bang, this is going to be a party that you won't forget! 

Bodies & Beats is a collective of body painters, body paint models, and DJ’s who come together every few months to delight your eyes with full body painted GoGo dancers and to offer you an opportunity to become a living work of art yourself!

This is a body positive event, with an emphasis on freedom of expression. Not sure what to wear? Have our artists paint on you and boom you fit right in! A medium sized face or body painting is included with your tickets to our party, tips are accepted, but not required for your first piece of body painting art. Have you ever been to a party where everyone gets painted on? If not, here are a few body painting party tips and tricks for you:

Body Painting Tips & Tricks

1. Check out the fabulous artists.

1. Hop in line for your favorite artist.

1. 1 medium sized body painting is included. Tips are accepted, but not required for your 1st art piece.

1. Medium means…your face, an arm, a part of a leg, a chest, etc. not your whole body!

1. If you would like additional art from additional artists, tips are required.

1. If you would like a larger piece of body art, your whole body, your whole upper body, your face and your leg etc. etc. You must tip your artist. Please ask your artist what is the appropriate tip for the art you desire!

1. You must wear pasties over nipples if you are female (it’s silly, we know, but this is a public venue).

1. You must wear underwear and cover your genitals at all times!

DJ’s and body painters to be announced….We promise they will all be amazing!

This venue has limited parking, including a lot across the street and various lots on Sunset Blvd. We recommend car pooling, Uber or Lyft and if you’d like to just stay all night at the Hotel Ziggy and not have to leave at all get yourself a room and valet will be included. 

Most of all let’s get ready to celebrate the spookiest time of the year, and our body painters favorite month! We will have glowing ectoplasm drink specials and a costume contest. The top 3 costumes get a free ectoplasmic mixed drink on the house!
