Monster Makeover XII is here! Monster Makeover has been around for over a decade, connecting local artists to student artists for a fundraiser for the Community Foundation.
Our student artists from Westwood Elementary School have conjured up new monsters with drawings and short descriptions, which will be re-interpreted by 48 local artists!
Starting on October 4th (First Friday Artwalk), you can see all 48 student monsters and their local artist's monster makeover at Harrison Galleries.
The art will be auctioned off at the closing event on October 30th from 6-8pm with proceeds benefiting arts in education programming in local schools through the Arts in Education account at the Community Foundation of West Alabama.
