Lifters will can arrive 15 minutes prior to the first Bench Press or Deadlift. You can perfrom one lift for $25 or compete with both the Bench Press and Deadlift FOR $40. There will be space provided for warming up to ensure your best performance the day of the competition. COSTUMES ARE MANDATORY!
