Monster Heads with Small Stories
About this Event
Workshop Facilitator - Gabi Reith
Create your own colourful monster wall art in this fun design and making workshop. Using pre-cut wooden pieces, you'll explore shape, colour, pattern and construction to design a unique monster character full of personality.
Experiment with painting, surface decoration and creative design techniques as you bring your monster to life, adding features, textures and imaginative details. Whether your monster is silly, spooky, friendly or wild, you'll leave with a one-of-a-kind creation ready to display at home.
All materials are provided, and no previous experience is necessary.
All young people need to be accompanied by an adult.
This is a family-friendly workshop suitable for all ages, so bring along the whole family – parents, carers, grandparents and friends are all welcome.
Together, we are committed to making creativity accessible to everyone by providing affordable, high-quality arts activities in the heart of Aberdeen city centre throughout the summer holidays. We aim to create welcoming, inclusive and inspiring spaces where children, young people, adults and families can explore their creativity, learn new skills and spend quality time together.
By attending this workshop, you are supporting the local creative community and Charlie House's charitable work.
This workshop is part of the SPARK! Summer Art Club delivered by SMART Art Agency in partnership with Bon Accord and EDIT Aberdeen.
