Prabalgad (also known as Muranjan Pradhangad or Prabalmachi) is located between Matheran and Panvel and comes under the Raigad District in the state of Maharashtra India.The Prabalgad Fort stands at an elevation of 2300 feet in the Western Ghats. The fort has a Ganesh temple and some unidentified stone ruins. Right next to Prabalgad to its north lies the steep Kalavantin fort.

Schedule:

Day 1 - 17th July

• 05:00 hrs – Report at SGNP Borivali
• 05:15 hrs – Leave for Base village
• 05:30 hrs – Pick up from Andheri
• 06:00 hrs – Pick up from Sion
• 06:10 hrs – Pick up from Chembur
• 06:30 hrs – Pick up from Vashi Highway
• 06:50 hrs – Pick up from Kalamboli McDonalds
• 08:00 hrs: Reach Thakurwadi (Base Village). Start trek towards the peak after a brief introduction session
• 09:45 hrs: Reach Prabalmachi we will have our breakfast here.
• 10:30 hrs: Refill your bottles and start trekking towards Prabalgad.
• 12:00 hrs: Reach Prabalgad bask in the majestic view from the top take selfies with an amazing background
• 12:30 hrs: Start the descend towards Prabalmachi
• 14:00 hrs: Reach Prabalmachi have lunch while enjoying the view
• 15:30 hrs: Start descending towards Thakurwadi (After a mandatory group pic!!!)
• 17:30 hrs: Reach Thakurwadi say your goodbyes with a promise to meet again leave for Mumbai in our transfer vehicle. This brings us to the end of our trip Or rather just the beginning.

• Haversack to put all the things in please do not carry sling bags or jholas
