Saturday July 27th Tucson Dragway is hosting Monsoon Madness Take it to the track event.This event is intended to be fun and build community relations with our local car scene community, first responders and local businesses. The event will be run on our Beyond 1320 portion of the drag strip with our 180’/200’ burnout pit being active at the same time. We are putting our focus on the streetcar scene. Our burnout pit will be available to all who wish to swing their cars in an open format for $50. The drag race portion will be run on our “Beyond 1320” surface in the shut down area, we will be running four competition classes for True streetcars that will be racing for trophies and a modest cash prize. there will be “NO CLASS BUY IN” for the competition classes just the tech. card fee of $50. at the gate. The classes will be Modern True Street with power adder, Modern True Street N/A, Modern True Street E.V. and finally Vintage True Street. (see class rules below) We will also have an open test and tune /grudge lane open for anyone whose car do not fit the spirit of the class rules that wants to test or grudge race. This will be open to all vehicles. Our event partners who have contributed to this will be setting up displays and promotional items. Tucson Dragway and our partners are excited to bring our community this event and look forward to doing it in the future. Below is the list of event partners, admission fees and participant fees.

Burnout pit passenger $10. Plus, spectator fee.
Spectator $20.
