MonsoonCon 2026 returns this summer.Join storm photographers, weather enthusiasts, and monsoon chasers from across the Southwest for a full day focused on reading the sky, capturing structure and lightning, and heading into the season with sharper instincts and new ideas.
This year’s keynote features award-winning storm photographer and software engineer Jim Tang, with additional sessions covering forecasting, field technique, lightning capture, creative growth, and the evolving tools storm photographers are using today. More speaker announcements will be released in the coming weeks.
MonsoonCon isn’t a generic photo conference. It’s a room full of people who pay attention when outflows start building and towers begin to stack. 🌩️
