About this Event

Drawing on his Afro Sufi music heritage, acclaimed singer and bandleader Ahmed Moneka delivers a joyful and transcendent mix of African grooves and Arabic folk melodies, informed by contemporary funk, soul and jazz. His album Kanzafula received a 2025 Juno Award nomination — the first ever for an Iraqi artist in Canada.

Access Policy

Arrival & Seating: We kindly ask ticket holders to arrive no later than 10 minutes before the concert begins to ensure entry to the venue. Doors will open 20 minutes prior to the performance, which will start promptly at the scheduled time.
Late Arrivals: Doors will close 10 minutes after the concert has begun. Latecomers may be admitted at the discretion of our front-of-house team, subject to seat availability and provided that entry does not disturb the performance.
