Join in magical Mondays at Tolson - a day of wellbeing activities designed with and for the community. Enjoy crafts, gentle exercises, games and chats in a friendly welcoming environment. Speak to the local Social Prescriber to find out other ways to improve your wellbeing.
Every Monday, except Bank Holidays, 11am to 3pm.
If you are able, we would appreciate a £2 contribution towards costs.
