Guided Meditation and Sound Healing

Join me for a simple meal (homemade soup, bread, fruit) and an intentional rest session to reset and energize you for the rest of your week! Our meal is followed by music and settling into the space, chakra clearing, guided meditation, singing bowls, and hands-on sound healing.

Whether you are looking for help managing your normal stress levels, or supporting a regular meditation and rest practice, these weekly sessions are key!
