We warmly welcome you to an evening of relaxation and connection in a safe and welcoming space.Oxytocin is a natural hormone which is key to social bonding. During the evening we focus on oxytocin massage to develop connection and feel touch beyond simply its physical form. The workshop consists of various exercises, demonstrations, as well as massaging with a partner which you can either come with, or find at the workshop. We also have a short fika break during the evening.
We will start at 18:00 sharp. Bring a towel, massage oil and a snack to share during the break.

Be on time! After the opening circle entry to the workshop will be closed because when creating an intimate atmosphere late arrivals will be very disruptive.
Notice - this is a non sexual workshop. We encourage intimacy, but at the same time consent, boundaries and good communication is essential.
Everything in the workshop is optional. You can participate as much or as little as you like. You can remain fully clothed if that is the best for you and we encourage you to be comfortable in your own way. Consent and boundaries are very important to us and pushing another participant to act outside their own boundaries will be taken seriously. The workshop leaders are always on hand to answer any questions or concerns.

Noden is a non-profit organization, all workshop leaders work for free. The membership fee goes to renting the beautiful building we´re in, buying materials for workshops and cleaning materials.
