Come join Alison (yogawith_alison on Instagram) for a slow flow yoga class held every Monday in the Olde Towne East Community Gardens. This donation based class will be an hour long and is open to all levels of practitioners. We will breathe, stretch, flow, and find some peaceful moments in nature! This is the perfect way to start your week and wind down after your day! Bring a towel, blanket, or mat to practice on and a water bottle. There is ample free street parking surrounding the garden. This class will be held weekly, and you can find updates via Alison's Instagram account if the class is canceled due to weather or other circumstances. This class is a warm and welcoming environment for all. Arrive 5 - 10 minutes before class to get settled. Looking forward to flowing with you in the garden!
