The Banksy Job is a 2016 documentary directed by Ian Roderick Gray and Dylan Harvey. The film tells the story of self-described “art terrorist” Andy Link (also known as AK47) and his role in stealing The Drinker, a sculpture created by Banksy in 2004.
Funding for the documentary was crowdsourced in 2015 through Ivorlotte. The film premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival in April 2016. Andy Link attempted to attend the premiere but was denied a U.S. visa due to his criminal record.
Admission is free with a full-priced museum ticket. Please explore the museum before the showing.
Screening-only tickets are $15.
Complimentary screenings, every Monday! Includes 1 free popcorn.
