Join our naturalists for our last hike of the year!!! This Tower Trail / Stony Brook loop is one of our favorites.
About this Event

Join our naturalists for a moderate / difficult trek from Stony Lake, to the steep Tower Trail, then onto the AT and back along Stony Brook trail. Bring plenty of water and snacks. We will move at a good pace and appreciate our surroundings. Depending on trail conditions, traction for your boots may be appropriate such as micro-spikes / yak-traks.

Our hike will be cancelled and you will be notified due to inclement weather or dangerous road / trail conditions.

We depart at 9:00am, so arrive with enough time to get yourself situated.

Mileage: ~5.5 miles

Difficulty: Moderate-difficult, uneven / rocky / steep terrain. Tower Trail has a scrambling section that requires you lift yourself up and over rocks.

Trailhead / Parking: Stony Lake parking lot
