Boils and Ghouls and all manner of Monsters - Josh Witchens is hosting a monthly screening of classic horror movies called MONDAY MACABRE at Starr Garden Recreation Center at 6th and Lombard Streets! Mondays can be a drag, so start your week off right with creepy community fun! All screenings are FREE! To reserve your seat, email [email protected]
On Monday, December 1 - to celebrate Christmas - Philly horror host Josh Witchens presents the final movie in a four-part series about the evolution of the American slasher movie (in reverse order) with the the classic 1974 film BLACK CHRISTMAS directed by Bob Clark, who also created the perennial holiday favorite A CHRISTMAS STORY (1983). Doors open at 6:30pm, show begins at 7:00pm
