Topic: Rested & Ready: Sleep Strategies for a Productive Job Search

This week's presenter: Sabrina Woods

It’s 3am and counting sheep isn’t working. Actually, who are we kidding, counting sheep never worked. When you are in the job search, sleep can be elusive. Poor sleep can take a toll on your productivity, motivation, mood, and overall wellbeing. So, what do you do? Break the cycle with this immersive workshop. We will equip you with research-based techniques to unlock the restorative power of quality sleep.

The session starts with a sleep habits assessment and a chance to share and learn sleep strategies with your peers in small groups. We’ll explore various aspects of sleep hygiene, including bedtime routines, optimal sleep environments, dietary considerations, and stress management strategies. You’ll then craft a personalized sleep plan, and be encouraged to implement it during the following week. Join holistic career coach and wellness trainer, Sabrina Woods, for a lively and informative session.
