Our support groups provide a safe place for grieving persons to express emotions, learn about normal symptoms of grief, and connect with other bereaved individuals. In addition to providing social support, our grief support groups teach participants practical coping strategies and help participants adapt to the life changes that follow a significant loss. Designed for caregivers of hospice patients who are dealing with the loss of a loved one through disease or prolonged illness, community members are also welcome and will be assessed for appropriateness.
Groups are offered at no cost and typically consist of 4-12 participants. Groups will be cancelled if there is insufficient pre-registration. Registration: Call 407-379-0490
