This is a 6 week one hour class that meets Mondays from 6p to 7p beginning on April 15th and ending May 20th.
Beginners classes focus on basic belly dance movements, posture and music for new dancers. Basic belly dance movement means movement lifts, drops, slides, circles, figure eights and undulations are introduced and drilled for understanding. Travel and combinations are introduced. Everyone learns at their own pace. I also introduce you to the history of the dance.
