Non members can access a free 3 day trial on the Y website. We can meet you in the lobby at 625a and walk you in.
Please note this is a group workout not a coached swim. The Y does not allow outside coaching. However, if you have questions about workouts or techniques we are all welcome to share feedback, including our certified coaches participating in the workout.
