Monad Pilates™ Presents: Athlates™ Core Mat Class & Brunch

The ATHLATES™ Core Mat Event is a signature group experience from Monad Pilates™, designed to build deep core strength, full-body control, and athletic stamina—without high impact.

You’ll move through a guided, intelligently sequenced flow that blends precise Pilates fundamentals with cardio-forward, joint-conscious patterns. The session progresses with intention: breath and alignment to establish control, progressive core work to build stability, integrated full-body sequences to challenge coordination and endurance, and a grounded finish to reset.

Following the session, continue the experience with an optional brunch at Le District, located within Brookfield Place. Full bar and bites available for purchase—food and beverages are not included in your ticket.
