ABOUT THE ARTISTS:
MONA LISSA CHANDA is a Montreal-based singer-songwriter blends the sophistication of timeless classics with the allure of catchy pop hooks. Her inspirations include Amy Winehouse, Tracy Chapman, Melody Gardot, Sade, and Lake Street Dive. Mona Lissa has graced the stage at renowned festivals such as the Montreal International Jazz Festival and POP Montreal, showcasing her ability to connect with diverse audiences through her versatile and engaging performances.
Mona Lissa’s lead single, Professional Victim, released on January 31, 2025, is a celebration of healthy boundary-setting with a catchy Motown groove. On April 11, 2025, she releases her first full-length album, Queen Of Games, produced in collaboration with Montreal singer-songwriter/producer, Paul Cargnello. The result is a bluesy collection of songs that makes you feel as if you are discovering hidden vinyl gems.

Singer-songwriter KIMBERLY BOURGEOIS is perpetually inspired by how music brings people of all backgrounds together, creating community amidst vibrant diversity. Awestruck by the natural world, she gets equally jazzed by urban environments where so many creatives converge. Thanks to Montreal, she met the talented musicians and bandmates who helped shape the sound of her two first EPs, independently released under the name Kimberly & the Dreamtime (2011 and 2016).
On April 12, Kimberly will be accompanied by grade-A guitarist Scott Diffee, her sole musical collaborator on her forthcoming release. Featuring elegant cover art by Serena Grisi, this four-track, singer-songwriter-style EP takes a gentle detour from the more rock-oriented songs of Kimberly & the Dreamtime’s “Heart Wave,” and invites listeners on a journey where the city is suffused with the wild.

Émerveillée par le monde naturel, elle s'enthousiasme tout autant pour les environnements urbains où convergent tant de créatifs. C'est à Montréal qu'elle a rencontré les musiciens talentueux et les membres de son groupe qui ont contribué à façonner le son de ses deux premiers EP, sortis indépendamment sous le nom de Kimberly & the Dreamtime (2011 et 2016).
Le 12 avril, Kimberly sera accompagnée du guitariste Scott Diffee, son seul collaborateur musical sur son prochain album.
