Our next free group walk is Wednesday 12th November at 10am around Llyn Maelog in Rhosneigr.This circular walk will head along the beach and over a little bridge, we'll then cross the road and head around the Llyn Maelog, over footbridges, on boardwalk and across sand soaking up the lovely views and basking in the sunshine (.....?!). The walk is approximately 2.5 miles and should take just over an hour depending on how big the group is. We'll be heading into Will's bar after for a drink for those that want to join me.
The terrain is mixed over sand and uneven ground so good trainers are a must for this one. Certain short sections are a little scrambly and one short section involves stepping down a few rocks.

These walks are arranged for free and voluntarily by Esther Cadogan, lead physio and owner of Physio Mon, private physiotherapy clinic in Llangefni. The walks have been regular since 2018 as a way of promoting exercise and getting people out walking and talking together. Walks taken at your own risk, all walkers must be physically capable of doing the walk.
