Explore the soulful, grounded movements of Egyptian Baladi while learning a choreography tailored for new and returning dancers. Heather has been a continued student at Arabesque World Dance under the mentorship of Safiya Nawaar for nearly 10 years, and has also cross trained with many International and Regional Instructors to deepen her knowledge and understanding of Middle Eastern & North African Dance. She performs professionally as a soloist, as well as a core member of Safiya's troupe, Banat Nawaar Performing Arts company.
