Moms Who Want Enchanted Reflections

If you’ve lost yourself in the world of being a mom, have been searching for something but can’t quite name what’s missing or if you long to have the support of a community of women that understand you, this event is for you.

What to expect:

• Self-reflection time to help you connect with what brings you joy
• Unlock forgotten creativity in a guided exercise
• Breath work for nervous system regulation
• Time outside to harness nature's healing power (weather permitting)

This meeting's focus is Nature, gratitude, and creative expression

Whether you seek clarity, inspiration, or simply a moment of peace, this experience will leave you feeling more whole, more aligned, and ready to stop hiding from your own light.

I will provide journals and tools needed during our creative time.

Please dress for the weather since we will be outside for some of our time together. Bring a yoga mat and a blanket, if you think you'd like one to feel cozy.
