Moms of Rotterdam: Mom & Mini Breathwork

Join us on April 28, 2026 15:00. 16:30 at Hillevliet 90 for a chill afternoon of breathwork designed especially for moms and their mini. We'll dive into easy techniques to help you relax and regulate with your baby (also for pregnant mama's). When emotions run high. When the day feels overwhelming. Or when you want to land together in peace and connection again.

During this workshop you will discover:

✨ what your breath tells you about how you are really doing

✨ which signals your body gives about the state of your nervous system

✨ simple breathing and body awareness exercises that bring peace and relaxation

After the workshop:

– you will know how to release tension with your breath

– you will have practical tools for moments of calm in your day

– you will experience more space, energy, and gentleness

– and you will be able to include your child in small moments of peace and connection
