Mom's Night: Free Home Buying Workshop

Eva and I are coming together to provide a free home buying workshop specifically tailored to moms here in Southcentral Alaska. This is for those who have never bought a home, want to look into purchasing a second home or rental, have never bought in Alaska, or maybe it's been a long time.

We’ll be talking about things like:

*Different loan programs

*What to expect for a down payment

*The buying process

*How to set yourself up for success

*Buying land and building/new construction

*Buying a rental such as a duplex or a second property

*The current Alaska market

Amongst lots of other info!

This will be super low pressure, fun and interactive workshop. We will have a charcuterie board and mocktails.

If you're not a mom (or not yet), please feel free to come. Husbands/spouses are also welcome. Since this is geared towards moms, we welcome babies but will have to ask that toddlers and up stay home.
