What began in 2023 at Fort Greene Bar’s dance floor in our hometown of Denver has grown into a national movement. Since that first Mother’s Day Rager, MFT has brought our mental-health-intervention-disguised-as-a-dance-party to cities across the country, and into the national spotlight on CNN, People, TODAY, and more, all in relentless pursuit of maternal joy and wellness.
Founded in 2022, Moms Feelin’ Themselves (MFT) created the first event of its kind in the U.S.: a high-energy, evidence-informed wellness experience designed exclusively for moms craving connection, freedom, and a chance to feel fully alive in their bodies.
This isn’t just a party, it’s a mind-and-body wellness reset.
We’re flying in the legendary DJ Mama K (from San Francisco’s longest-running 90s night — 14 years strong!) to deliver nostalgic anthems and irresistible beats that will leave you sweaty, satisfied, and deeply connected.
Expect a packed dance floor, feel-good throwbacks, emotional release, and a powerful community of women who get it.
