Moms do so much. It's time to take some time for yourself to relax, unwind, and rejuvenate. You are a mom for more than just a day, so you should be celebrated for more than just one day each year. May is Mom's Celebration Month at NKO Yoga and we want to celebrate with you.Join us at NKO Yoga Studio for an afternoon of Sound Healing Meditation, yoga, and connection with other moms.
We will have light snacks, beverages (Did someone say Mimosa's?), and a soothing foot soak.
Bring a girlfriend, sister, aunt, or your own mom for a fun filled afternoon.
