Gentle Birth invites you to a non-judgmental, supportive space where new moms and seasoned moms come together to share, connect, and heal.

We know motherhood isn’t always picture-perfect:
You may cry when your baby cries.
You might struggle with lactation or feel overwhelmed.
Some days, it’s hard to do anything at all.

You’re not alone, and we’re here to talk about it ALL.

While social media showcases the highlights, these sessions will focus on real-life experiences—the challenges, triumphs, and everything in between. This is a private and safe space for open hearts and honest conversations.

Here’s what to expect:
A warm welcome with prosecco and Mommy Mocktails.
Delicious gourmet snacks.
Genuine connection with mamas who truly get it.
A giveaway to make the evening even more special!
