Mommy Needs a Minute

Looking to build connection with other moms? Mommy Needs a Minute is a space where we will discuss the things we've learned on this incredibly special journey. The things we've wished someone would have told us before. The things that can sometimes be hard to admit or say out loud. Having other moms to share with is a huge part of this new life-long chapter. Together, we will support one another through vulnerability, laughter, and keeping it real.

Honest motherhood conversations, sisterhood and intentional self-care!

This space is hosted by Skyler Larkin, LCSW. Skyler is a mom of a 3 year old sweet and rambunctious toddler. After becoming a mom, she realized there weren't enough opportunities for moms to connect, honestly, about the highs and lows of motherhood and the impacts on one's physical and mental health. Out of that realization came "Mommy Needs a Minute". She decided to take her own experience as a new mom and her background in mental health to create a special time, just for moms, to connect and build community.

Though Mommy Needs a Minute is for all moms, we strongly encourage the attendance of new moms and moms of young children.
