Come join us for a relaxing and fun session of Mommy and Me yoga at Heisler Park, Next to the whale sculpture and near the bathrooms.*

Get ready to stretch, breathe, and be surrounded by nature with your little ones. No previous yoga experience is necessary, just bring a yoga mat and an open heart. Whether you're a mom, expecting, or just want some relaxation with friends, you are welcome!

What to expect:

• Safe and effective yoga poses designed for mamas (modifications always offered!).
• Baby-friendly environment where little ones can coo, play, or cuddle.
• Supportive community of moms to connect and share experiences.

What to bring:

• Comfortable clothing for you and your baby (think nursing-friendly for easy feeding!).
• Snacks, kids toys, etc welcome
• A yoga mat (or a beach towel if you don't have one).
• A water bottle for you and any feeding essentials for your baby.
• An open mind and a desire for self-care!
• Check the weather prior to be as comfy as possible.
• It's sunny, a hat or some sunglasses!

P.S. We are Moms, we know our babies can get hungry, sleepy, start to cry etc, we're here to support you both!
