Moms and their child(ren) can experience gentle movement, playful poses, and cozy winter vibes. This workshop is a great way for moms to slow down and connect with their child(ren). Cost is $20 per family for 1 class, or $100 for all 6 classes.
Register for the parent only. After registering, you'll be contacted to get more information about the number of kids in your family.
Led by yoga teacher Sarah Withaar, also a teacher at Grace Holistic Center for Education in Yorkville.
