Harley Shemonia has been teaching yoga since 2018 and is certified in pre/postnatal yoga. As a new mom herself, she's passionate about creating community among new moms, and brings that same warmth to every class she teaches.
No yoga experience is needed. Expect a relaxed pace with modifications for wherever you are in postpartum recovery, plenty of grace for baby cues (feeding, fussing, or naps are always welcome), and time at the end to connect with other moms over conversation as well as access to ECM's baby space.
What to bring?
* A yoga mat.
* A blanket for baby to lay on at the top of your mat.
Free for ECM members, $5 for non-members.
Admission to the museum is not included.
