Weekly yoga classes geared toward teaching functional yoga skills to kids (and parents too!) - Functional yoga is about learning how your body moves and being able to train yourself for better habits, both on and off the mat. Your habits start to build the moment you learn to walk, so let's make sure they're good ones!This weekly class will help train yogis to listen to and honor their bodies, in a fun and interactive way!
