Mommy & Me Yoga at the Park
Join us for a refreshing, heart-warming Mommy & Me yoga class outdoors! This gentle session is designed for moms and their little ones to move, stretch, breathe, and bond in a relaxed, supportive environment.
We’ll flow through simple postures that help strengthen your body, release tension, and encourage connection with your baby—all while enjoying the fresh air and beautiful surroundings of the park.
After class, you’re welcome to stay for a relaxed picnic with the group—bring a blanket and whatever you’d like to snack on as we enjoy community time together.
No yoga experience needed. Just bring a mat, water, and anything your little one might need. Come meet other moms, share a peaceful morning together, and create sweet memories with your baby.
