Come ready to be encouraged and empowered with your children to our once a month, "Pay What You Can" Mommy & Me class!
In our culture, oftentimes we're made to feel like or get stuck in the mindset that being a mother and taking care of our bodies have to be done at separate times or not at all. Let's practice fusing those worlds in a life-giving way, together!
Timeline:

9am - 5 minute welcome/intro
9:05am - 40 minute sculpt
9:45am - 5 minute reflection/prayer/quiet time

9:50am - mingling, open play, cold brew and snacks
The Movement: low-impact movements designed to strengthen and tone your muscles, inspired by barre and pilates.
What you need to bring:

-water

-yoga mat for you/your child as well, depending on their age and how you'd like them to participate with you in class (if you don't have one, please let me know)

-outdoor blanket, we will be outdoors so whatever you feel necesary to make you and your children most comfortable!
-your child's favorite toy(s) and snacks. we'll have options out, but at least you know they'll have something they love!

Is there a limit on how many of my kids I can bring?

-No, you can bring as many as you'd like! I just ask that you be responsible for each of them during class. Of course, this will be a child-friendly environment; we just want to be respectful to the space and our neighbors :)
