Mommy & Me Full Moon Ceremony

The ceremony will begin with a welcome, introductions, and gift bag containing everything needed for the evening. We will engage in some gentle movements and a meditation to calm our bodies and minds. With it being the full moon we will release what is no longer good for us, through colouring or journaling. Everyone will be encouraged to share what comes to mind and ceremonially release these things. Closing out the evening we will have a dance party to get those final wiggles out. Come have some fun with us and dance under moon.
