Join us for our Mommy & Me Fitness Class happening every 2nd Saturday of the month at 11:15am!

Bring your little one & join us for a 45 minute full body workout that combines cardio & strength focused exercises all while still spending time with your baby!

Class is structured for all fitness levels!

Class is donation based so that every mom has the opportunity to join us. We do ask that if you are able to, please donate at a level you're comfortable with. We also have an option where you can bring a baby item such as a toy or outfit that will be collected and given to a mom in need.
