Join us for our Mommy & Me class, now extended to include little ones up to 18 months! This mat-based class is all about you getting in a fun and effective workout that keeps your baby close! You'll be wearing your little one for part of class, then we'll take it down to the mat. We'd love for you and your baby to join us! 💕
Please bring your baby carrier, a yoga mat and water. If you don't have a mat, we have one you can rent for $5. We also have bottled water and reverse osmosis at the studio. Feel free to bring a blanket for your baby when we come down to the mat.
