Join us for our wellness play dates! Enjoy an outdoor yoga sessions with your little ones at our local playgrounds. Bring your yoga mat, water, and lunch! The sessions will be 30 minutes, all levels are welcomed. After the session, we will enjoy lunch picnic style and play on the playground. Bring a snack or enjoy one from our wellness cart. Let’s cultivate mindfulness.
