The holiday season is upon us so let’s get in the spirit with some sparkle and shine yoga! Oh what fun it will be to move our bodies, play games, and listen to stories about the holidays including Hanukkah, Xmas and Kwanzaa. We will also practice our yoga pose and calm-kids strategies too! The holiday season is also about GIVING so I will be collecting toys for children this holiday season. If you are able, please bring a toy, book or other item suitable for a child. If you would like to donate but are *not able to make it on the 18th, you are welcome to drop off a donation at my home in Baldwin Park. Contact me for the address!
Best for kids ages 2-6 and an adult.
Bring yoga mat, blanket or towel for under your mat, and water.
Plenty of parking is available on General Reese.
Meeting location is off the parking lot on General Reese by the fountain.
