Let’s gather together to flow and connect in the thick of motherhood. In this season
of selflessness, it is important to make time for internal alignment and movement. It is important as a community that we carve out this space. Bond with your body & your baby through various poses all while integrating with other women.
Bring a yoga mat and be sure to dress in layers since we will be outdoors
Bring a blanket and anything else that helps you feel comfortable
Bring water, your beautiful self and your baby ?
