Our yoga sessions are open to ALL ages; parents and caregivers. Although labeled as, "Mommy & Me Yoga" we welcome everyone!! For the flow of this class please make sure each child is assigned to one adult throughout your visit.Get ready to unwind and rejuvenate your body and mind at our Mommy and Me Yoga event located at Sunny Grove Preschool and Childcare. This yoga session will focus on building personal strength while strengthening a bond with your child. We all want to improve flexibility and find balance while staying connected with our kids. Take some time to you realign. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, this class is suitable for all levels and all ages.
