Mommy and Me Easter-Themed Playdate with Lifetalk

Join Coach Hannah Curtis, Founder of LifeTalk: Child & Adolescent Life Coaching, for a special Easter-themed Mommy & Me playdate designed for moms and little ones ages 5 months to 5 years.

Spend your Saturday morning connecting through mindfulness, movement, and play in a warm and welcoming environment. The experience begins with an engaging introduction to the Tenets of Health led by Coach Hannah.

From there, families will explore a series of interactive play stations, each inspired by a different Tenet of Health - designed to help littles learn through hands-on activities, sensory play, and simple practices that support healthy development.

To celebrate the season, the morning will also include Easter-inspired sensory play and crafts, giving little ones a chance to explore textures, colors, and creativity in a playful, festive way.

The event will also include an optional Mommy & Me movement class, where moms and kiddos can move, stretch, and enjoy time together.

This relaxed gathering is designed to nurture connection, encourage playful learning, and give moms practical tools they can bring into everyday life.
