We come together to uplift one another, share real moments, and bond during the most challenging and transformative times. At The Motherhood Lounge, you’re never alone; we will continue to grow in motherhood, together!

The Motherhood Lounge’s Mommy & Me Dance Class

Join us for a joyful and energizing afternoon of movement, connection, and community at our Mommy & Me Dance Class, taught by Gracefully Lis. Please note: Gracefully Lis teaches faith-based dance classes. You do not have to be Christian to attend—all are welcome.

This Jazz-based dance class is designed to help you reconnect with your body, move with freedom, and leave feeling amazing. Open to Black mamas and their children of all ages, this is a space to dance, laugh, and share in the joy of movement together.

Bring your little ones—whether you’d like to wear your baby during class, have them join you in the movement, or let them relax in a stroller, all are welcome!

We look forward to dancing, connecting, and celebrating motherhood with you.
