Mommy and Me Aerial Yoga (kids 3-5 with an adult)

Join us with your little one age 3-5 years in this fun and playful class.
This class will include partner stretching with your child on the mat and in the air with the use of the hammock. Each pair will share a hammock to float and swing into relaxation and imagination.
❤️ 2 students/1 hammock $25 per pair for your first class.
❤️ Bring socks (grip socks preferred).
❤️ Class is 30 minutes in length.
❤️ Requires preregistration. Please sign up using link here or on the Mindbody app for class under parent name (no need to include child's name.) One adult one child one hammock. Space is limited.
❤️ Please be on time as doors will be locked once class begins. If you arrive late you will be asked to reschedule and may be subject to a cancellation fee. Due to the nature of this class we understand that things come up and that you may not be able to cancel within the 2 hour cancellation window. However, please cancel class up to class start time in order to avoid any late charges.
❤️ If this is your first class please allow time to complete a waiver for you and your child.
