Connect with your little one on a whole new level by taking it to the air. Mommy and Me Aerial Yoga is a fun class to be explored alongside that special little one in your life (ages 3-5). This class will include partner stretching with your child on the mat and in the air with the use of the hammock. Each pair will share a hammock to float and swing into relaxation and imagination. Explore new challenges together while promoting the development of coordination, balance and motor skills in your child. Watch in awe as your child develops confidence and independence. ❤️ No prior yoga or aerial yoga experience needed. Fun for all. Come dressed in your workout attire (no zippers or jewelry that could harm the fabric).
? Please sign up using adult’s name. Only one registration is needed for you and your child. This registration will reserve a spot for both participants. Each pair shares one hammock. Space limited. Must sign up in advance.
❤️ Please meet at the BACK entrance to the studio. Bring a pair of socks ? grip socks work best if you have some. For those who are interested there will be some available for purchase. Class will run 45 minutes in length and will begin once everyone is fitted for their hammock. If you do not have a waiver on file you will be asked to complete one upon arrival.
