Jennifer Salaverri is a licensed clinical social worker, life coach, yoga teacher, mindfulness educator and HeartMath certified trainer with a passion for "helping the helper." After years of working in healthcare, she now works to support those in helping professions and beyond, in learning to prioritize and care for themselves. She serves as a guide, helping people create the change they wish to see within themselves using various mind-body modalities. Her intention in teaching, is to help people unwind the patterns of stress and overwhelm, to come home to their most authentic selves. She is available for individual and group coaching as well as consulting for organizations seeking to create a culture of mindfulness.
Amanda Baker is a licensed clinical social worker, yoga facilitator, poet, and mom! Her approach to integrating yoga and psychology into therapy is quite comprehensive. By combining her extensive training in both Hatha Raja Yoga and Yoga Psychology, she’s well-equipped to offer a unique, holistic form of therapy. Her focus on intuitive teaching and non-traditional body-based yoga can be particularly beneficial for individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, burnout, stress, and trauma. It’s a therapeutic path that emphasizes self-connection and alignment, which can be powerful steps in the journey towards healing and self-discovery. Her signature class, therapeutic yoga, includes elements of breathwork, mindfulness, restorative yoga, asana, flow, somatic work, and transformational language to create a shared authentic experience.
