About this Event
Most moms are told to “just do Kegels” or wait it out after having a baby. But leaking, pelvic pressure, abdominal weakness, back pain, urgency, pain with exercise, and feeling disconnected from your core are extremely common, and often not improving because women are never taught what to actually do.
This workshop is practical, real-world, and immediately usable.
You’ll leave understanding:
• What’s actually happening to your core and pelvic floor after pregnancy and delivery
• Why symptoms like leaking, heaviness, urgency, and abdominal weakness linger
• How to activate your core and pelvic floor correctly
• Why Kegels alone are often not enough
• What to do during workouts, lifting, coughing, running, and daily movement
• Simple strategies you can start using immediately to rebuild strength and support safely
Whether you’re newly postpartum or years out from having kids, this workshop will help you better understand your body and stop guessing your way through recovery.
