Calling all moms, bonus moms, aunties, and guardians! 💗 This one is for the girls who need encouragement, confidence, and connection. EmpowHER is a FREE mental health and confidence-building seminar designed for middle and high school girls, with moms and guardians welcome to attend alongside them.
Through meaningful conversations, confidence-building activities, and connection with other girls, EmpowHER creates a safe and supportive space where teens can grow, feel seen, and strengthen their mental wellness.

PLUS, 10 randomly selected registered moms and daughters will receive a complimentary weekend stay (June 5–7) at Home2 Suites by Hilton Fort Walton Beach, generously provided by Home2 Suites by Hilton and Odom Hotelz!
